How it works

Three steps. Nothing to set up first.

  1. Beranivo14:30

Movement break? 2 minutes to move.

    A quiet reminder

About every 90 minutes during your work hours. Never at lunch, never during a meeting. One tap opens the break.

    Two minutes, decided for you

Beranivo picks the routine. Four short movements you can do at your desk, drawn on screen, one at a time. No menu, no library to browse.

  3. Well done.

    Break done.

    Back to work

The break ends with “Break done.” No score, no fire emoji, no guilt. Skip a day and nothing breaks.

What it does

Little to learn. Little to manage.

  • Reminders on a fixed grid

Set your work hours once. Breaks land on a fixed rhythm, so you know when the next one comes.

  • Meeting mode

15, 30 or 60 minutes of silence, then it comes back on its own. Or “not today”.

  • Seated or standing

Every routine works at a desk. Nothing you would be embarrassed to do in an office.

  • Progress in plain numbers

Breaks today, minutes of active pause, workdays in a row. No health score.

  • Free is complete

Six routines, reminders every 60, 90 or 120 minutes, meeting mode, seven days of history.

  • Pro fits your week

All routines, pick a body area, 45-minute or custom intervals, different hours per day, full history.

Quiet by design

It should not get in the way of work.

  • No sounds. The player is silent.
  • One notification channel. Snooze once, or skip the slot.
  • No exact alarms, no battery-optimization exemptions. A reminder may drift a few minutes.
  • Nothing runs in the background. The timer is your phone's clock.

What it does not have

Less to worry about.

  • No account
  • No ads
  • No advertising ID
  • No location
  • No video, no camera
  • No Health Connect or HealthKit

FAQ

Questions

Is Beranivo a medical app?

No. It is a wellness app with simple desk movements. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent anything. If you have pain or a condition, talk to a doctor before using it.

Why exactly two minutes?

Because two minutes is short enough to do in the middle of work and long enough to feel different afterwards. It is the whole idea, so there is no length setting.

Do I have to choose a routine?

No. Beranivo decides. Free routines rotate; Pro lets you point at a body area when you want to.

What does the app collect?

The app has no account, no ads, no advertising ID and no location. Your breaks stay on your phone. Usage analytics are off by default; if you opt in, a random install ID and day-level events are sent to our own server, and you can delete them from the app.

Which languages?

French, German, English and Japanese.

Does it work without notifications?

Yes. You can start a break from the app at any time. Reminders are optional.
